Someone didn't think the actor could act well enough I guess. My son got a haircut once that made him looked retarded. Sort of a cross between a bowl and prince valiant. I took him to his regular place as soon as I could, but well-meaning adults came up to him in the time between saying things like "Nice haircut buddy!"
